Heineken Studio: Smart Taps
Smart Taps is Heineken Studio's AI-guided draught experience. Smart draught units pour character infusions; a chat interface recommends a beer from what the drinker actually likes rather than from a fixed list; a smart menu carries the personalisation to the table, and a dashboard behind it tracks how the experiments land. The aim is a world of lager curated around each individual, instead of a menu on a wall.
